For Bridget, hair has never just been a job — it’s been a lifelong passion. With over 21 years in the industry, she has dedicated her career to mastering the art of colour and creating hair that feels effortless, modern, and completely personalised.
As Co-Founder of Salon Bay, Bridget is best known for her expertise in blondes, balayage, dimensional colour, and seamless transformations. Her signature style is luxurious, lived-in colour that looks just as beautiful months later as it does on the day you leave the salon. She loves creating colours that enhance natural features while fitting effortlessly into her clients’ lifestyles.
Bridget’s career has taken her beyond Australia, becoming a licensed hairstylist in California and spending time working throughout the United States. She remains passionate about ongoing education and is always refining her skills to ensure Salon Bay stays at the forefront of the industry.
Known for her honest advice, meticulous attention to detail, and perfectionist approach to colour, Bridget is committed to creating beautiful hair while maintaining its health and integrity. With over 21 years of experience in the hair industry, Mana is the warm and welcoming heart behind Salon Bay. Originally from Iran and proudly calling Sydney home for the past 14 years, she has helped create the luxury yet relaxed salon experience that clients know and love.
Renowned for her incredible styling skills, Mana has a true talent for creating effortlessly polished hair that looks beautiful long after you leave the salon. From bouncy blow-dries and glamorous event styling to seamless blondes and lived-in colour, her work is all about enhancing natural beauty while making clients feel their absolute best. In fact, her blow-dries have become somewhat legendary — often lasting longer than some relationships.
Known for her calm nature, exceptional attention to detail, and signature sparkly manicure, Mana brings warmth, skill, and genuine care to every appointment. She takes the time to understand each client’s lifestyle and goals, ensuring hair that not only looks amazing on the day but works beautifully in everyday life.

Hi, I’m Fabian! I’m a passionate hairstylist from Colombia with nearly 4 years of experience in the industry. I’m 32, a true Cancer—emotional, charismatic, and all about connection. I’m proudly engaged to my amazing fiancé and truly love what I do.
I specialise in blowouts and styling, and I’m constantly growing my skills in haircuts and colour. Helping people feel more confident and transforming how they see themselves is what drives me every day. Seeing my clients leave with a big smile is the best reward. My next big goal? Mastering colour!

Hi, I’m Mariana, Brazilian, 30 years old, and I’ve been calling Australia home for the past 6 years.
Since I was a little girl, I’ve been passionate about the beauty world. My favourite childhood activity was playing with my sister’s hair, and at 16, I started working in a salon and never looked back.
When I moved to Sydney without speaking any English, hair salons became my foundation. It’s where I developed my skills and confidence as a hairdresser.
I specialise in styling and am constantly growing my expertise in colour and cutting techniques. I truly love what I do the energy people bring, and being able to make them feel beautiful and powerful through their hair!

I have over 13 years experience within the hairdressing industry, including 5 years as a Salon owner in the UK. I adore my job and have done from the very first day, especially meeting new people, the stories they bring, the silly laughs, forming bonds for life and putting a big smile on beautiful faces!
